We took full advantage of the day off to head for a hike in the Jemez Mountains.


Liam slept through most of his first experience in the great outdoors, but Shawn and I enjoyed the scenery (and the dogs enjoyed the water!).

The other big "first" of the day was Liam's inaugural "swim" in the hot tub (it's really just body temp so don't panic that we're burning the baby). He dug it. We found it hilarious that if you just support his head, the rest of him is so chubby he floats...
