Eating Area Demo
Well, we survived the first week of home remodeling! The guys started demo on the existing eating area Wednesday morning, and here's what it looked like by Friday night. Our kitchen is on the other side of the plastic and the family room is through a doorway to the right of the hand cart (it's blocked off, too). A trench for the footing of the expanded room has been cut and is under the trail of boards. So far things are moving quickly, and it's fun to watch the progress each day!

Oh my goodness! What a difference, can't wait to see the final result.
It will look so very nice when it is done. Liam having a great time keeping up with the remodeling, right?

Looks like a nice size addition to the house. You will really enjoy that. Keep us all updated with pictures. I know that Liam is keeping a eye on things. He will help supervise.
