On Our Own
My mom headed home to Iowa this morning so we're on our own for the first time since Greta was born. It was WONDERFUL to have the extra help with the kiddos (especially with Mr. Busy Liam!), but I think she was ready to get back into her life and it's time for us to get into a groove, too.
We are totally and completely spoiled in that Liam's other set of grandparents will be coming down in another week for a visit, and then Shawn will be off work on sabbatical through September! All this extra family time is incredible :0)
Here's us, sleep deprived and all.
And yet Greta seems to be sleeping just fine...

Your dad and I were sooo glad to be a part of your big moment!(Although we took a beating in cards!) It was very nice for me to spend time one on one with little Liam.
