Carving Pumpkins

I promise this is my last Halloween post... You've probably guessed by now that I love this holiday almost as much as Christmas!! But would you believe I forgot to take any pictures of the actual trick-or-treating?! What I did catch was a few shots of the pumpkin action. Liam was lucky enough to try his hand at both painting and carving this year. He was apprehensive about the slimy "guts" at first, but eventually dug in. Here are the results of our team effort (Liam picked the patterns, and Shawn and I did the knife work).Still burning the next morning! I think we'll keep them around for another day or two before tossing them out.

'Til next year, Halloween! -Amelia

Good choices Liam, nice carving you two. Also, LOVE Liam's pajamas, don't they glow in the dark too?

The Klauser family did a great job with the pumpkins! They are pretty slimy but well worth the effort. What did Greta think?
