Liam's 4th Birthday
The big birthday weekend has already come and gone, and our baby boy is now four!! Thanks to so many special people for making our special guy's day, well, special :0) We were even lucky enough to have Grandma & Grandpa Klauser in-town to help celebrate.
Thursday was Liam's day to bring a birthday treat and be the "special helper" at school, where he got this cool crown to wear.
Friday (Liam's actual birthday) included the great gift opening extravaganza and a trip to Red Robin for lunch (Liam's choice).
Here's Grandpa Mike distracting Greta so she wouldn't open any presents without the birthday boy!
And the guys figuring out a new pirate ship.
Saturday was Liam's party with friends. We had it at a local indoor play place, and followed a (very) loose train theme.
There were tons of fun toys to play with, but riding these stuffed horses down the slide was all the rage of the event.
Of course, what would be a party without cake?
And friends to share it with? (At one point, Greta was working with three forks... the girl knows her sweets!!)
We got a few pictures of the kiddos with their grandparents before taking them back to the airport.
And even an elusive family shot to round out the birthday album.
All in all, a fantastic time was had and we're lucky to have such an imaginative, sensitive, and sweet little guy to call our own. Love you, Liam! -Amelia

Happy 4th Birthday, Liam! Looks like he had a perfect and very eventful birthday celebration. I can't believe how big they are getting. Can't wait to see them in a week. Love you guys.
Thanks for sharing your 4th birthday with us. We had fun watching you and your friend having fun. Greta was having a great time keeping up with the 3 & 4 year olds.
