Up, Up & Away
Yay - balloon fiesta is here again! Time for cold mornings, hot breakfast burritos, and our annual pile of hot air balloon pictures :0)
While all the balloons are beautiful, we have so many photos of them filling the morning sky that we managed to reign it in this year and focus only on the special shapes. New additions included an elephant, lion, tourist penguin, and even Elvis (apparently the king lives, and he really is larger than life!).
Liam's highlight was the Darth Vader balloon, complete with appropriately-dressed escorts.
Greta did not agree, and preferred the friendly animal balloons (though she was all good with this sand person until we got close for a picture).
As always, a good time was had and we're still enjoying the balloons each morning on our way to work/school. Really, I don't think I'll ever get tired of the sight of hundreds of them hanging over the city!

The time of year when you guys stay super busy and we do nothing, jealous. Looks fun and beautiful like always.
What will they come up with next year to top the new balloons that they have this year! Beautiful to watch. Glad that Liam and Great are really enjoying the sights>
