Patch

Because the glasses alone aren't quite cool enough (said with much sarcasm), the vision in Greta's left eye has become dominant so we've had to start patching that side for a couple of hours each day in an attempt to make the other eye do its share.

The adhesive patches the opthamologist sent home were not popular (think ripping a bandage encircling your child's eye off from the same spot day after day), and I went on-line in search of an alternative after the first few days of screaming. Enter Greta's new Patch Pals eye patches:

While patching is still not something I'm excited about, these things are a life-saver!! SO much more comfortable and fun for our little lady :0)

Oh my word, poor Greta. Well at least she is still smiling, and the kitty patch, it is quite cute.

Greta looks pretty happy about her non-stick patches, and I'm sure a good end result will be worth the efforts you are putting in now. BTW - Megan loves the kitty (no surprise).
